Our Kitchen Porters are the heart of the kitchen, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently. You play a vital support role for our Chefs and wider Team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

Washing dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
Cleaning kitchen workstations, floors, walls, and storage areas.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.
Assisting with food preparation, such as peeling vegetables or preparing basic ingredients.
Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely.
Following food hygiene, health and safety, and sanitation regulations.
Restocking kitchen supplies and ensuring utensils are readily available.
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
